Mohammed Rabin

Mohammed Rabin (b. 1992, Narsingdi, Bangladesh), also known as Rabin Rappa, is a Bangladeshi visual artist whose work explores the intersections of human emotion, social identity, and cultural memory. With a strong academic foundation—holding a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata—Rabin brings both technical mastery and conceptual depth to his art. His visual language is deeply expressive, often focusing on the female form as a symbol of nature, motherhood, struggle, and resilience.

Rabin’s journey as an artist spans over a decade, during which he has participated in numerous international exhibitions, art camps, and residencies in Bangladesh, India, Japan, and the United Kingdom. His solo exhibitions, including Evanescence (Kolkata, 2019), Mukta (Narsingdi, 2023), and Pran o Prakriti (Kishoreganj, 2024), have established him as a thoughtful and socially engaged voice in South Asian contemporary art.
